Abstract
This study aims to determine the moderator role of organizational culture on the effect of skill toward employees’ performance in General Affairs and Human Resources Development Department of Klungkung Regional Public Hospital. Primary data were collected from 61respondents. Data analysis usedStructural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate organizational culture quasy moderate the effect of skill on employee performance.
