DETERMINANTS OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE AND EDUCATION POWER THROUGH WORK MOTIVATION, LEARNING LEADERSHIP, AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE (A Study at Public Elementary School in West District of Denpasar)

Abstract

The objectives of this study are; To find out and analyze the influence of work motivation on the performance of teachers and education staff; To find out and analyze the influence of learning leadership on the performance of teachers and education staff; To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of teachers and education staff. This study was conducted at the West Denpasar Elementary School (SD) Denpasar City by taking a sample of 4 schools and raising research respondents as many as 80 teachers and education staff to be interviewed. The data analysis technique uses the Artistic Least Square (PLS) approach. In PLS path modeling there are two models, namely the outler model and inner model, where both of these criteria are used in this study. The results of testing hypothesis 1, found that work motivation has a positive effect with a coefficient of 0.034 and p-statistics of 0.303 (or p-value of 0.303> 0.05), meaning that hypothesis 1 is accepted but not significant. In testing hypothesis 2, it was found that learning leadership had a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers and education staff with a coefficient of 0.659 and with a t-statistic of 0,000 (or t-statistics of 0,000 <0.05), meaning hypothesis 2 was accepted. In testing hypothesis 3, it was found that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers and education staff with a coefficient of 0.349 and with p-statistics of 0.034 (or p-value 0.034 <0.05), meaning that hypothesis 3 is accepted.
