Abstract

Bandeng Presto Jaya Berkah is a household business engaged in presto food, precisely presto milkfish. The products produced are presto milkfish, otak-otak and pepes presto milkfish. Problems encountered include: First, the procurement of raw materials. Second, the performance of the presto equipment which sometimes has problems. Third, the appearance of the products still looks plain, with no touch to improve the quality image. Fourth, product marketing is still mainly done manually. Fifth, Ms. Taslimah's skills have not been upgraded for quite some time. Sixth, determining the selling price of the product. The solutions offered to overcome the above problems are as follows: First, finding a first-hand raw material supplier. Second, improving product quality through innovation. Third, improving marketing performance, especially online marketing. Fourth, increase profits. Fifth, increasing awareness of improving HR skills.
