ACADEMIA CARES: PUBLIC TOILETS FOR PENADARAN VILLAGE GUBUG GROBOGAN

Abstract

The object of community service is carried out in the village of Penadaran Gubug Grobogan. There are problems in the village, one of which is the lack of clean water so that the surrounding community uses the river for daily activities such as defecating, urinating and bathing. Therefore, the service team carries out community activities and provides solutions related to this. The solution given is to build a public toilet for the community around the village. Based on the results of an agreement with village officials and community members, a public toilet was made in the Kedungkakap hamlet so that it can be used and facilitated the residents of the surrounding community. In order to maintain that the public toilets can continue to be useful, the implementing team provides directions related to the maintenance and maintenance of public toilets so that their sustainability is longer. There are still other problems in the village, therefore it is important to carry out community service activities again in the village of Penadaran Gubug Grobogan because there are still problems related to the village environment and village facilities. In addition, the importance of cooperation with the government or the private sector to provide community facilities for the residents of Penadaran Gubug Grobogan village.
