CLEAN WATER PROJECT IN PENADARAN VILLAGE: COMMUNITY CARE

Abstract
Penadaran Village is the largest village in the Gubug sub-district, Grobogan district, Central Java province. This village has problems related to the availability of clean water for daily activities, dry land, prolonged dry season, and uneven distribution of water. So far, the people of Penadaran village, Gubug sub-district, have only relied on Tuntang river water. Therefore, it is important to carry out community service activities to solve these problems. The solution given to ease the burden on the people of Penadaran village, Gubug sub-district, is to build a river water filter installation and clean water reservoir. The methods used in this activity include: coordinating with local communities, testing the water quality of the Tuntang river, building installations, socializing management, monitoring and motivating the people of Penadaran village, Gubug sub-district. This activity is very beneficial for the people of Penadaran village, Gubug sub-district, therefore this activity must continue to be carried out by making Penadaran village Gubug sub-district a fostered village for Dian Nuswantoro University. In addition, it is necessary to increase cooperation with related parties, government and private institutions.
