Abstract

Human resources too is an important factor in an organization or company. An organization or enterprise is a consciously coordinated social entity, with a relatively identifiable boundary, that works on a relatively continuous basis to achieve a common goal or set of goals. The goals of the organization can be in the form of improving customer service, fulfilling market demands, improving product or service quality, increasing competitiveness and improving organizational performance. This study aims to analyze, test and explain the role of organizational justice, employee motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The results show that all variables of organizational justice have a positive effect on employee motivation, organizational justice has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational justice has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has no effect on organizational commitment, employee motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a negative effect on employee performance at PT. Pradnya Bhakti Indonesia.
