Abstract

This study seeks to find a key factor that affects customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by means of a literature study of several literatures related to customer satisfaction. Service quality and perceived value both have a very important role in influencing the level of customer satisfaction and customer trust. The best service quality and good value felt by consumers will provide good satisfaction to service recipients so that consumers are willing and aware to give full trust to the services provided by service sellers.
