OPTIMIZING THE ANXIETY LEVELS OF FATHERS/Mrs TEACHERS AND STAFF IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PERIOD AT SMA NEGERI 1 PENGWI

Abstract

The real work lecture program (KKN) is one of Mahasaraswati University's programs as one of the implementations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely student service to the company. This KKN activity aims to provide field experience to students about the condition of the company directly and also to form students' independent attitudes and responsibilities while carrying out KKN activities. One of the agencies that became the location for the writer's KKN was SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi, whose address is Jalan Gunung Agung Number 3 Mengwi. Educational institutions as one of the cultural centers strive to develop human resources in the broadest sense. Education takes place in a cultural climate, while culture requires preservation efforts through education that awakens humans. The implementation of the KKN program is expected to be of benefit to Mr/Mrs Teachers and Employees and to optimize anxiety levels during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The education provided is in the form of socializing the transmission and prevention of covid-19 and doing fitness exercises to reduce the level of anxiety experienced by teachers and staff.
